Some details are being revealed regarding Jeffrey Epstein's autopsy. The convicted sex offender was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell on Saturday. He reportedly suffered multiple broken neck bones. One expert tells The Washington Post some of his injuries were more common in homicides than suicides, but that doesn't rule out suicide by hanging. Epstein was in federal custody at the time of his death, awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
