Florida Woman Arrested for Allegedly Setting Woman on Fire in a Taco Bell

A Florida woman has been arrested and could be charged with attempted murder after she set another woman on fire inside a Taco Bell restaurant.

Tallahassee Police say 32-year old Mia Williams, who identifies as a female, entered the Taco Bell on South Monroe Street at around 6:18 pm. She allegedly doused a woman with gasoline and set the victim on fire inside the establishment then fled the scene on foot. The victim had to be taken to a hospital via a helicopter due to her injuries.

The police posted a press release to their Facebook page with a surveillance photo of the suspect, identified as Williams. Shortly later, they were able to track her down to make an arrest around 5:00 am this morning (October 24).

Investigators are still asking for the public's help to come forward with information.
