Red River Tech Firm Acquires CWPS

Tech Company Red River is spreading its footprint into Washington, DC.

Red River, a technology transformation company, announced that it has acquired Washington D.C.-based CWPS. The merge spreads Red River’s footprint with in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions and adds scale and scope in major cloud environments.

Rick Bolduc, CEO and Chairman, Board of Directors with Red River, said “The need for managed services platforms that can scale to meet the dynamic requirements of government, military and commercial organizations is high.”

CWPS is a technology solutions provider specializing in managed services ranging from complex network, collaboration, data center, cloud management and security through Tier 1 service desk.
