Female-owned businesses have grown nearly 60 percent in the past decade. Business coach Julie Gordon White says mompreneurs, women who balance owning a business and having a family, are leading the way.

She says websites such as picmonkey.com give you templates you need to design an internet site or postcard and build a social media presence.

The best-selling business author and TEDx speaker, says that women have a number of advantages. She’s found that when it comes to partnering for business, most men prefer to work with a woman than with another man.

White started a coaching program called "The Well" to guide "mompreneurs" in launching their businesses without feeling overwhelmed and says it's never been easier to be a mompreneur.
